A credential is a signed statement about you, issued by a trusted party, such as “this person passed a face scan” or “this person holds a valid passport”. The wallet stores it, encrypted, and uses it to answer requests with zero-knowledge proofs. You claim each credential once. Every later request reuses it.

Why Proof of Uniqueness matters

Airdrops, token distributions and other reward programs want rewards to reach real people. Bots and Sybil attacks, where one operator runs hundreds of accounts, exploit them. Because one face maps to exactly one Proof of Uniqueness credential, an app can check that each participant is a distinct person. The same credential is also what pairs a person with an AI agent.

Managing credentials

The wallet’s credentials dashboard shows every credential you hold, including active, revoked and expired ones. The credential marketplace lets you claim credentials in advance, so future verifications are quicker.
